J&B Precision Services Ltd is a Gosport based Engineering firm that was formed in 2004. Since then they have serviced and created high precision metal parts for sectors including but not limited to:
- Defense
- Aerospace
- Marine
- Food
- Nuclear
and much more to companies nation and worldwide.

THE DESIGN PROBLEM

Producing a timeless, modern and slick brand identity and website to attract new customers whilst giving J&B it's own look in its market sector.

Market Research

With Gosport being a maritime town rich with history it was important that we included this into the branding to ground it into it’s strategy. We added shades of blue to the colour palette as a subtle nod to the birthplace of the business.

When conducting research into precision engineering I stumbled on an article detailing the importance of the nut in the construction industry. Being such a structurally important piece of material I thought that using it’s shape for inspiration would be a good place to start.

The main idea being that bolts are useless without a nut and that J&B Precision Services act as the nut to its clients and it would just make sense to use J&B for any engineering requirements.

Website Build

We wanted the J&B Website to be really versatile and fit the business as it grows in the next few years. The website is clean cut, easy to navigate and contains calls to action on each page to ensure that potential customers can always reach out easily without doing too much searching on the site.

Google Business Profile

Google appearances are really important to getting your brand recognition higher. We wanted to ensure that J&B was appearing on the map when people were browsing for their precision engineering needs both in local SEO and also national. J&B Precision Services now has a Google Business Profile that sees hundreds of interactions month on month and encourages traffic to the website that we built too.
